Refund policy

At Fragrance Fables, we want you to fall in love with every scent you experience. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at [your support email] with a photo and description of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s) received
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
